FROM THE M25
Junction 23 off the M25 or junction 1 of the A1M. Follow the signs off the roundabout to Royal Veterinary College (RVC) & Colney Heath over a small roundabout (still following above signs) and into Swanland Road. Under a bridge and first right into Warrengate Lane. Go over the hump back bridge and Flint Cottage is immediately on the left.

FROM BARNET
From the Barnet road (A1000.) Turning left on to Mutton Lane (B556.) At the traffic lights (The Lion public house on your right) continue along Mutton Lane for approximately 2 miles past the Furzefield leisure centre on your right. Take the next right Warrengate Lane round a sharp right hand bend Flint Cottage straight ahead. (although on the other side of lane)

FROM HATFIELD
From the Great North road (A1000.) Towards Potters Bar. At the roundabout follow signs to Welham Green past railway station over mini roundabout 2nd on left into Swanland road 3rd on left Warrengate Lane ~ (not Warrengate road). Over hump back bridge we are immediately on left Flint Cottage.

FROM ST ALBANS
From the A1081 following signs to Potters Bar at the bell roundabout (now McDonalds) take the B556 to South Mimms & Potters Bar continue along road going under abridge past White Hart public house (on your right) over roundabout into cecil road. Over bridge top of hill first left Warrengate Lane Flint Cottage straight ahead.

FROM COLNEY HEATH
At Colney Heath roundabout take the Tollgate Rd exit towards Welham Green continue along there until going over the A1M take next right Swanland road. Swanland road 3rd on left Warrengate Lane ~ (not Warrengate road) over hump back bridge we are immediately on left Flint Cottage.

FROM ENFIELD
From the Enfield ridgeway (A1005) onto the Stag Hill roundabout take the 3rd exit off, onto the Southgate Rd (A111). Continue on and over the next set of traffic lights onto Mutton Lane (B556). Carry on along Mutton Lane for approximately 2 miles the Furzefield centre will be on your right. Take the next right "Warrengate Lane" down hill round a sharp bend Flint cottage straight ahead.
